CLOCKWISE FOR FINE GRINDER

Turning the nut clockwise for a fine grinder.

If you tighten the top too much your grinder won't work at all. There must be a little room for the salt and pepper to flow down through the inner mechanisms of the grinder.

ANTICLOCKWISE FOR COARSE GRINDER

Turning the nut anticlockwise for a coarse grinder.

Turn the mill upside down, loosen the nut to the coarsest setting and twist the top. This will free any large peppercorns or salt crystals that may have become lodged.

MESS FREE REFILLS

1. Unscrew the stainless steel nut.
2. Remove the wooden lid.
3. Pour the peppercorns into the chamber.
4. Reposition the wooden lid onto the base.
5. Screw the stainless steel nut back onto the wooden lid.
6. Hold base firmly and rotate the wooden lid clockwise.

EASY TO CLEAN
