At BodPeace, operated by Point B to C LLC, we understand that mistakes happen, and sometimes customers may need to cancel or modify their orders. This Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations are allowed, what conditions apply, and how refunds are processed.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To qualify:
- The order must still be in processing
- The order must not have shipped
- No tracking number must have been issued
Once an order enters the “Ready for Shipment” stage or has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
For clarity, cancellations cannot be accepted if:
- The order has already shipped
- A tracking number has been generated
- The order is already in transit
- Delivery is scheduled or out for delivery
- A custom, special-handling, or pre-ordered item has entered production
If your order no longer qualifies for cancellation, you may request a return instead once the item arrives (subject to our Return and Refund Policy).
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order:

Include the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Important:
Cancellation is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from our support team.
4. Order Changes & Edits
If you need to update:
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Color or variation
- Quantity
You must contact us within 24 hours.
After shipping:
Changes cannot be made under any circumstances.
If the address provided is incorrect and the order ships, BodPeace is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delivery to the wrong address
- Replacement costs
- Refund ineligibility
Customers must double-check their address before submitting an order.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds go back to the same payment method used originally.
- Refund timeline from BodPeace: processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after approval.
- Banks/wallets may require extra time to show the refund.
We cannot issue refunds to:
- A different card
- A different email
- A different bank or PayPal account
Refunds must be returned to the payment method originally used at checkout.
6. Shipment Already Sent?
If your order has already shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled
- It cannot be intercepted or withdrawn
- You must wait for delivery, then request a return
Our Return & Refund Policy will apply in such cases.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For pre-ordered or backordered products:
- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours
- After processing starts, cancellation may not be possible
- Special-production items may be non-cancellable

8. Fraud Prevention & Security Holds
To protect our customers and business, we may:
- Place certain orders on hold
- Require identity verification
- Cancel orders flagged for fraudulent activity
- Decline suspicious orders
- Notify the customer if an order is cancelled due to security reasons
Orders cancelled for fraud protection will be fully refunded.
9. Automatic Cancellation
Your order may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment fails or is declined
- The shipping address is invalid
- Required verification information is not provided
- The item becomes unavailable
- There is a pricing or stock error
Customers will be notified by email if an automatic cancellation occurs.
10. Cancellation of Discounted or Promotional Orders
Orders placed during:
- Sales events
- Discounts
- Flash deals
- Seasonal promotions
are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation rule.
Discounts cannot be reapplied after cancellation unless the promotion is still active.
11. Lost or Missing Cancellation Requests
BodPeace is not responsible for cancellation requests that:
- Are not received due to email mistakes
- We were sent without an order number
- We were sent after the eligible cancellation window
- We were sent to the wrong email address

Customers must ensure:
- Their order details are correct
- Their request is submitted within 24 hours
- They verify their shipping address carefully
- They monitor email for cancellation approvals
- They understand shipments cannot be cancelled once processed
