This Warranty Policy outlines your rights, warranty coverage, exclusions, and the claim process in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All BodPeace products come with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as described, we will:

  • Replace the item
    OR
  • Issue a refund

(subject to evaluation under our Return & Refund Policy)

To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

BodPeace offers a 1-year limited warranty on most items purchased through BodPeace.com

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects
  • Electrical malfunction (for electronic items)
  • Components that fail under normal use
  • Workmanship issues

Warranty Period:

12 months from the date of delivery
for all eligible products.

This warranty does NOT extend to items purchased through unauthorized sellers.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following are NOT covered under BodPeace’s 1-Year Limited Warranty:

Normal wear & tear

Scratches, fading, surface-level cosmetic imperfections, etc.

Damage caused by misuse

Examples:

  • Dropping the item
  • Using incorrect power adapters
  • Overloading storage racks
  • Improper installation

Accidental damage

Water damage, fire damage, pets, or environmental conditions.

Unauthorized modifications

Repair attempts, alterations, cutting wires, repainting, etc.

Incorrect storage or maintenance

Humidity, improper cleaning chemicals, or negligence.

Third-party damages

Damage caused by carriers, installers, or unauthorized repair services.

Items without original proof of purchase

Warranty applies only with valid order verification.

4. Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement under this warranty, the customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name & email used at checkout
  • Clear description of the defect
  • Photo or video evidence
  • Proof that the issue occurred under normal use

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that lack evidence or appear fraudulent.

5. Warranty Solutions

If your item qualifies for warranty protection, BodPeace will, at its discretion:

Replace the defective product

(identical model or equivalent alternative)

Replace the defective part

(if applicable and available)

Issue store credit

(if replacement is not possible)

Issue partial or full refund

in certain cases where replacement is not possible

Replacement is the primary remedy offered under this warranty.

6. Who Pays for Warranty Shipping?

If the item is defective due to manufacturer error:

We cover:

  • Return shipping
  • Replacement shipping

If the item is not defective:

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping
  • Re-shipment costs

We do not reimburse shipping fees for non-defective items.

7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Name & contact information
  • Description of issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours

If approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions (if required)
  • Replacement or refund options

Do not send items to our address without approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • Improper voltage or electrical misuse
  • Personal injury due to unsafe usage

Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement or refund of defective products.

12. Exclusions for Non-U.S. Customers

BodPeace currently ships only within the United States.

This warranty applies only to:

International claims are not supported.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Use products according to instructions
  • Maintain proper care and storage
  • Provide accurate proof of defect
  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Cooperate during troubleshooting
  • Submit claims within warranty terms

Failure to follow these may void the warranty.
