ORDER & SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to all states within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long does processing take?

Processing (handling) time is 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) before your order is shipped.

3. How long is delivery?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery time varies based on carrier performance, location, and other factors.

4. Which carriers do you use?

We ship using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Or other reliable U.S. carriers

Carrier selection depends on best routing and service availability.

5. How can I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed within 24–48 hours after shipment.
You can check tracking at any time using the carrier’s official tracking website.

6. My tracking number isn’t updating—what should I do?

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to refresh.
If no updates appear after 3 business days, email us at support@bodpeace.com 

7. I entered the wrong shipping address—can I change it?

Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
After shipping, addresses cannot be changed.

8. What happens if my package is marked “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Please check:

  • Mailbox
  • Neighbors
  • Front/back porch
  • Apartment office
  • Family members

If it is still missing, contact us.
We will assist with carrier investigation, but BodPeace is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

9. My order is late—can you help?

Yes! Contact our support team.
Delays may occur from:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect address
  • Peak season traffic

We will help track your package and update you.

ORDERING

10. How do I place an order?

Simply:

  1. Visit our online store
  2. Add items to your cart
  3. Go to checkout
  4. Enter your information
  5. Complete payment

You will receive an order confirmation email instantly.

11. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes—immediately after checkout, you will get a confirmation email with your order details.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours if the order has not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

13. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order changes (items, quantities, color, etc.) are only possible within 24 hours.
Once processed, modifications are not permitted.

14. My order was canceled automatically—why?

Reasons may include:

  • Payment failure
  • Invalid address
  • Fraud risk alerts
  • Out-of-stock products

We will notify you via email with instructions.

We offer a 30-business-day (Monday–Friday) return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

20. How do I start a return?

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if defective or damaged)

We will provide return instructions and approval.

21. Do I need authorization before sending back items?

Yes—all returns require approval.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

22. Do you charge restocking fees?

No, never.

23. Who pays for return shipping?

BodPeace pays only for defective or incorrect items.
Customers pay for returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Non-defective items

24. How long do refunds take?

Refunds may take:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) (our processing)
  • 10 business days (Monday to Friday) refund after approval

25. Can I exchange an item?

Yes—exchanges are allowed if:

  • Stock is available
  • Item meets return eligibility

If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

26. What if my product is damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will replace or fully refund your order.
